The Baroque jewel of Graz
1714 the foundations of
the church were laid on the spot of the old
Pubergschlössls (1636) of Johann George Stenng.
In 1846 the franziskaner took over the priest and pilgrimage
church.
In 1996 after 150 years pastors left the Franziskaner Maria-Trost.
On the 28th october 1999 the chuch raised to "Basilica
minor" by
Pope Johannes Paul II . |
